Orders are generally shipped within 48 hrs. (Monday – Friday)
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to return a product, you have to begin the returns procedure once you have received the item.
Item not received
If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your bag as once the item is bagged we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the issues still persists kindly email us, we will try our best to assist you.
Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This may be due to technical issues due to which the tracking information is not updated on the app. In such cases, if you are still unable to locate your item, contact us.
